Tattoo Release Forms (TRF) is a customizable digital tool designed specifically for tattoo studios and artists. It provides a seamless process for generating secure release forms in PDF format for each client, eliminating the need for paper, ink, and physical storage. Whether in the studio or on the go, TRF ensures legal protection and offers convenience with or without an internet connection. With TRF, clients are guided through the form-filling process, including capturing an ID photo with the iPad camera, entering vital information, and agreeing to legal terms by simply signing with a finger. Once completed, the artist can review, sign, and upload the PDF to cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive.
 
TRF offers a free download with 25 complimentary forms and provides flexible options for purchasing additional release forms either as needed or through a subscription. The tool is highly customizable, allowing users to add or edit their own legal clauses, health questions, and artist information. Additionally, studios can easily include their logo and necessary credentials required by their health department or attorney, which will be automatically populated on every release form.

In terms of core features, TRF operates on a client-driven app-guided functionality where clients take the lead in completing the forms while TRF provides clear instructions. Return clients benefit from a lightning-fast process that takes only 15 seconds. The tool securely uploads all release forms to the cloud, eliminating the need for physical filing cabinets and providing easy access to stored data. Users can also export client-entered data (excluding health information) into a spreadsheet for integration with their CRM or email marketing efforts. Financials can be tracked and exported separately, and data can be synced across multiple devices using a shared Apple ID.

Additional subscription services are available, including an annual Client Database Export Subscription for $9.99/year, allowing users to export a spreadsheet of client information. TRF is a standalone app that functions without wifi or data signal, ensuring uninterrupted use. Client data is protected through robust encryption measures, with only essential information securely stored on the device. Users can also make session notes before or after each tattoo, including details about the equipment and ink used.

For added convenience, TRF includes a backup feature for switching iPads, allowing users to easily backup and restore data from the cloud. An Unlimited Subscription allows access to all forms on up to 5 iPads using the same Apple ID, providing excellent value for money.

Users have the flexibility to move between bundles and subscriptions at their own discretion, and detailed information about these options can be found in Apple's terms and conditions. The subscriptions are auto-renewing on a monthly or annual basis, with payment charged to the user's iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
